१. सेवेचे स्वरूप (Nature of Service)

सिंधु३६० हे सिंधुदुर्ग जिल्ह्यातील व्यापारी आणि ग्राहक यांना जोडणारे एक व्यासपीठ आहे. हे पोर्टल 'जसे आहे तसे' (As-is) या तत्त्वावर उपलब्ध आहे. Sindhu360 is a platform connecting merchants and customers in the Sindhudurg district. This portal is available on an 'As-is' basis.

२. वापरकर्त्याची जबाबदारी (User Responsibility)

पोर्टलवर दिलेली माहिती, दर किंवा व्यवसायाचे तपशील यांची खातरजमा करण्याची जबाबदारी वापरकर्त्याची आहे. It is the user's responsibility to verify the information, rates, or business details provided on the portal.

३. बौद्धिक संपदा (Intellectual Property)

या वेबसाईटचे सर्व कोडिंग, डिझाइन आणि आर्किटेक्चर हे Intellectual Property असून त्याचे सर्व हक्क डेव्हलपरकडे राखीव आहेत. याचा कोणताही भाग कॉपी करणे किंवा रिव्हर्स इंजिनिअरिंग करणे बेकायदेशीर आहे. ४. तात्पुरता खंड (Service Interruption)

तांत्रिक कारणास्तव किंवा मेंटेनन्ससाठी पोर्टल काही काळ बंद राहू शकते. त्यासाठी डेव्हलपर कोणत्याही आर्थिक नुकसानीची जबाबदारी स्वीकारणार नाही. The portal may be closed for a while for technical reasons or maintenance. The developer will not accept responsibility for any economic loss for that.
